So positive things to do in 2021, which will make you feel much better in yourself and enlighten your life, to have a more positive outlook on your life. So here are some things you can do –
Look after your body, start to look at how you can get fit. There are many ways to do this. From doing brisk walks regular outside to jogging outside. Online fitness classes to finding workout classes on Youtube. What I would say whatever fitness activites you decide to do, make sure you enjoy it and you can can consistently do it.
Helping others is a very good and positive thing to do. And depending on how you do it, can enlighten your life. From family members to friends and charity organisations by donations or giving your time to charities, helping others.
If you don’t smoke, you can skip this. If you are a smoker, look at ways how you can gradually reduce your intake of cigarettes and to eventually stop smoking. My advice would be to seek professional help. Think about the pros and cons of smoking and hopefully there will be more pros to stop smoking, to help you with this.
Reading is very good for the brain and you can learn so much through reading, I would admit I don’t really read much. But in 2021 I am challenging myself to read more. By reading books and blogs.
I don’t know the secret recipe for this, to find LOVE. But just try to be more open in 2021. Open your heart to new possibilites, see what happens.
What keeps you positive in and with life? Remember what keeps you positive, it is different for everyone of us. STAY POSITIVE
Take your time and try to reduce your intake of alcohol. Your body will love you for this. We already know how alcohol damages the body, so I will not be re-iterating it. Again look at the pros and cons of drinking alcohol, and the benefits for the body if you don’t drink.
TRY NEW THINGS
No I’m not saying you should be a proper risk taker. But try a few new things in 2021, see what happens.
You can save money in many ways. Saving money is a practical thing to do for your future to make it better.
FIND A NEW JOB
If you’re looking for a new job, start a new job. The world is your OYSTER. Only you can create your destiny. Do something you enjoy doing.
I guess we are doing this more already due to the pandemic. Walking is a very low impact exercise you can do. And you and your body gain so many benefits from walking regular. Check out my blog post about the The benefits of walking daily.
