Prompted by a recent post I read. And made me think to do a post about this topic. Well-being resolutions that could help change your life for the better.
Some resolutions we can accomplish and maintain, but some we fail to keep up. This is the reality of when you make resolutions.
Here are a few wellness prompts to help you make better well-being resolutions (changes).
PLANTS
Growing plants is good, but adding more plants to your diet is very good. Change up your eating habits, try new foods including more plants based foods aka vegetables. So try to make a conscious effort to try more plant-based foods this year.
CUT BACK ON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
How about trying to reduce your alcohol intake. This is just advice. Try buying less and drinking less alcohol drinks. By doing this you will start to notice improvements with your health and energy levels. And subsequently save money, which could be put to other uses.
PETS
Pets if you have any or able to get a pet in your life, help you to pay more attention and they give you the owner unconditional love and comfort. Dogs especially have a profound impact on your physical health too, from giving them regular walks. And as we know walking is good for the body. Pets can also help you to focus your thoughts and increase your attention span.
BUILD SELF AWARENESS AND PLAN FOR CHANGE
Make a plan and note or down. Think about what is holding you back? What you’re afraid off? Embrace change. Think about what your achievements are so far in life and challenges you have overcome. This will help you to boost your self confidence. Be realistic in life and be ready for any changes. Tracking your progress is also a good thing to do.
WATCH MORE MOVIES
This may seem odd, but I would say watch more films that are inspiring and you find fulfilment in.
ENHANCE YOUR SELF-IMAGE
Focus on yourself more, rather than trying to live up to other peoples standards. Be yourself, Love yourself. Try writing down positive things about yourself regular. Try mirror affirmations saying nice positive words to yourself. Be kind to yourself. YOU ARE WORTHY.
EMBRACE PHYSICAL INTELLEGIENCE
Physical intellegience is the ability to detect and actively manage the balance of key chemicals in our bodies. So that we can achieve more, stress less and work more happily. Remember to get a adequate amount of sleep per day, for your body to function correctly. When the body it tired your output will be less, which we don’t want.
START JOURNALLING
Note everything down, as when you keep any thoughts and ideas in your mind, they can be forgotten. It’s a good step to being productive with achieving your goals. For a GOAL to be created you need the IDEAS, Ideas turns to PLANS. You then action your plan, work towards completing the plan to achieve the desired GOALS.
